                 Chinese martial arts or kung-fu, as its known worldwide is a religion by it self. Although the true origins are unclear, most believe that the fundamentals of this great philosophy was brought from India.

Even though China was no stranger to combat sports in every way imaginable, the disciplines needed to create a true scientific combat art was brought to China by a Buddhist monk.


Unlike martial art forms found in other countries, Chinese Forms are the oldest, and probably the foundation for all martial art Forms found worldwide.


Chinese Martial Arts forms comprises of both armed and unarmed disciplines. The actual number of forms exceeds well over 100,000. Unfortunately most of the older forms are lost and forgotten forever.
